Tokens & Wallet

Tokens are the unit of consumption for AI services. e.g. a chat reply uses 500-3000 tokens, an image 2000-5000 tokens, a Nimbus deployment ~10K tokens. 1 token ≈ 0.7-1 English word.
No. Tokens stay in your wallet with no expiration date. Buy now, use in 6 months or 2 years — same thing.
You buy token bundles via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Each AI call deducts tokens from your wallet. Full transparency per service in the dashboard.
Not automatically — but if there's a clear error (e.g. unauthorized charge), contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a refund.
Yes. It only charges when your balance falls below a threshold you set, using your saved card. You can disable it anytime from the dashboard.

AI Models & Privacy

On our own NVIDIA DGX Spark cluster in Thessaloniki. We don't send data to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or other providers. GDPR-compliant by design.
gpt-oss-120b (primary LLM), Qwen2.5-72b, llama-krikri for Greek, BGE-M3 for embeddings, SDXL/FLUX for images, Wan 2.2 for video, Whisper for STT, Piper for TTS.
Yes. Via Talos training pipeline you can do LoRA fine-tuning on your own data. Contact us for enterprise setup.
Yes. Your data is not used for training general models without explicit consent. Stored encrypted on our servers in Greece. See the GDPR policy.
