Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern the use of the Fixit Customer Portal platform (hereafter "Service") provided by Fixit E.E., located at G. Gennimata 54A, 55134 Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, VAT EL... By creating an account or using any of our services, you explicitly accept these terms.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or a legal business representative.
• You are responsible for keeping your email login (magic link) confidential.
• You are not permitted to transfer your account without notifying us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Tokens & Billing

• AI services are billed in tokens. One token ≈ 0.7-1 word.
• Tokens are purchased in bundles (Starter / Growth / Scale) via Stripe.
• Tokens do not expire and are not refundable for cash, unless there is a Fixit error.
• Auto-recharge is enabled only with your explicit consent and can be disabled anytime.
• Prices are adjusted with 30 days notice. Purchased tokens remain at their original price.

4. Acceptable use

Prohibited use of the Service includes:

• Illegal activities or intellectual property violation.
• Production of malware, phishing, spam or deepfake content with malicious intent.
• Bypassing rate limits, reverse engineering our APIs or models.
• Providing the Service to third parties as white-label without a reseller agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Brand, models, code and documentation remain the property of Fixit E.E. Content you generate using the Service (texts, images, websites) belongs to you — we do not claim rights over it.

6. Availability & SLA

We target 99.5% uptime on a monthly basis (99.9% for Scale tier). If downtime exceeds this threshold, we credit tokens to your account proportionally if you request it within 30 days.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as-is". We do not warrant the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You can close your account anytime by sending email to [email protected]. Data deletion in compliance with GDPR.

9. Applicable law

Governed by Greek law. Competent courts: Thessaloniki. Before legal action, good-faith attempt at out-of-court settlement.
